Located in the heart of the city of Pinerolo, in the province of Turin, the military complex of the Litta Modignani Barracks is the subject of a major rationalization and enhancement of public real estate assets. The project for the restoration and functional adaptation of the state property, in fact, allows for the reallocation of the Agenzia delle Entrate, currently under passive lease, thus reducing the costs of managing state property. The original compendium (1930s-1940s) consisting of four main buildings interconnected by four lower enclosed bodies, underwent several expansions until the late 1980s that characterized its current conformation.
