Carried out with firm SPIBS (principal), the rationalization and re-functionalization of the state-owned compendium Busignani former barracks is envisioned as a major redevelopment of a currently disused and unused area located in the historic center of the City of Verona. The state-owned compendium, located in the historic center of Verona, occupies an area of approximately 6,775 square meters and has a gross floor area of 9,058 square meters. Its disposal by the Italian Ministry of Defense, dating back to 2015, represents an opportunity to reallocate State Administrations, which are currently in passively leased properties, without land consumption.
