The Italian State Property Agency has entrusted Politecna Europa and Progetto CMR the design for the construction of the new headquarters of the Police offices in Genoa, at the former Nino Bixio Barracks. The proposed masterplan provides an accurate distribution of functions for the respective users, with outdoor green areas for the Immigration Office and an adequate wayfinding system, ensuring comfort and efficiency.
The project includes an energetically autonomous, building, in order to obtain LEED GOLD certification and WELL protocol compliance. The project aims to generate value for the community that passes through the spaces and through the urban context in which fits, while ensuring an optimal performance of the activities within it.
